Return & Refund Policy – UrbanUrsery

We take great pride in delivering healthy, high-quality plants and products. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility
Due to the perishable nature of plants, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The plant was delivered in a damaged or unhealthy condition.

  • You received the wrong product.

2. Reporting a Problem
If you encounter an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the plant/product for faster processing.

3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Plants returned after 24 hours of delivery

  • Plants damaged due to improper handling or care by the customer

  • Customized or made-to-order products

4. Refund Process
Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method. In some cases, we may offer store credit or a replacement plant instead.

5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you’ve received the wrong or damaged product, we will arrange a replacement based on availability.

7. Shipping Costs
If a return is approved, and we request the item to be shipped back, UrbanUrsery will cover the return shipping charges in case of a faulty or incorrect product.
