We currently deliver across major cities and regions in India. If your location is not serviceable, we will inform you at the time of checkout or contact you after placing the order.
2. Shipping Timeline
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery may take 3–7 business days depending on your location and weather conditions.
3. Delivery Partners
We partner with trusted courier and logistics services to ensure timely and safe delivery of your plants and products.
4. Packaging & Handling
All plants are carefully packed using eco-friendly, protective materials to prevent damage in transit and preserve plant health.
5. Delivery Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, or courier delays may affect timelines. In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping is free on orders above a certain amount (as displayed at checkout). For smaller orders, standard shipping fees may apply and will be shown before placing the order.
7. Delivery Confirmation
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID and courier details via email or SMS.
8. Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt a redelivery. In case of repeated failures, the product may be returned to us.
9.International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
